Meet the Team

My journey in the medical field originally started in 2012 when I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science: Kinesiology, from Sacramento State University. I worked in physical therapy but soon realized I wanted to be able to help patients in a more "holistic" way. That is when I became a nurse, with the intent of becoming a nurse practitioner as soon as I was able. I thrived as a nurse in the hospital setting. I knew I was finally where I needed to be, where my passion lay, and my skills were utilized. That drive led me to finally reach my goal of becoming a nurse practitioner in 2021. Since then I have worked in primary care and loved every moment. I value building trusting relationships with my patients, each of them unique. This allows us to work together to create the best, individualized care plan that will help them be successful in their health journey.
